Which NES/GBA games do you want to see on the 3DS eShop?

Ultimately, if you’ve purchased a 3DS at this point and you have access to the Internet, hopefully you won’t feel as though you’ve been ripped off by the time we move into 2012. In the end, the digital downloads that Nintendo will be offering for the “3DS Ambassador program” later this year probably totals more than $80. I understand that not everyone will be happy with the selection of games and some folks will be displeased with this type of compensation, but when you really think about it, Nintendo didn’t actually have to create this program in the first place.

Plus, keep in mind that NES games on the Wii Shop Channel cost $5. And while a cost standard hasn’t been set for the Game Boy Advance in the past, they’d sell for at least $5 – probably $8 or so actually. So you’re technically getting more bang for your buck – even moreso if you’re interested in the games that will be offered.

So far Nintendo has revealed five NES games and five GBA games that will be available for early 3DS adopters. Starting September 1, 3DS owners who connect to the eShop by August 11 at 11:59 PM EDT can download Super Mario Bros., Donkey Kong Jr., Balloon Fight, Ice Climber and The Legend of Zelda from the NES. On the GBA side, Nintendo will be offering Yoshi’s Island: Super Mario Advance 3, Mario Kart: Super Circuit, Metroid Fusion, WarioWare, Inc.: Mega Microgame$ and Mario vs. Donkey Kong. These GBA releases will launch later in the year.

I’m very excited about a lot of the titles, especially some the GBA offerings. I lost my copy of Metroid Fusion (one of my favorite games in the series) years ago and was rather upset about that. I’m thrilled that I’ll have a chance to play through it in just a few months. I also can’t wait to get my hands on Yoshi’s Island: Super Mario Advance 3 and Mario Kart: Super Circuit once again.

But there are ten more games in total to be revealed – five more for NES and five more for GBA. I’m personally pulling for The Legend of Zelda: The Minish Cap and Advance Wars on the Game Boy Advance. There are also a ton of games I’d like to see brought over for the NES selection.

This brings us to one, simple question. Which games would you guys like to see made available on the 3DS eShop?
