Fear of Glohm side quest guide for Mario & Luigi: Brothership

Today, we’re looking at Fear of Glohm, another missable side quest in Mario & Luigi: Brothership. After clearing a certain icy island (which we won’t specify by name until later in the post, for those of you avoiding spoilers), you’ll unlock two side quests: Fear of Glohm and A Big Debate, the latter of which being incredibly easy to clear. Both of these side quests are missable, and of the two, Fear of Glohm is a bit more involved.

Fear of Glohm side quest guide

As we mentioned earlier, Fear of Glohm will become available after you clear Slippenglide Island for the first time. You’ll have to head right back to Slippenglide Island, however, since that’s where this quest takes place. When you arrive, you’ll find Connie and Arc, who run off and tell you not to follow them. Ignore that and follow them anyway, and you’ll see them talking to Chilliam’s dad. From there, all you have to do is encourage Connie and Arc and you’ll have completed the side quest. The other missable quest you unlock after Slippenglide Island, A Big Debate, is even simpler than this one – all you have to do is talk to Peach, follow her to the beach, and listen in on the conversation. Once you’ve cleared that plus Fear of Glohm, you’ll only have two missable side quests left if you’ve been following our guides.
