Nintendo San Francisco store to offer customized colors for Switch OLED

The new Nintendo San Francisco store is opening soon, and we’re now hearing about a pretty neat customization opportunity for the Nintendo Switch OLED.

Consumers will be able to pick out their own color scheme for the console. Colors for the Joy-Con, dock, and wrist straps can all be fully decided upon. The dock is limited to the typical white and black options, but the Joy-Con and straps will have various options available. Worth noting, it won’t cost anything extra for a custom order – it’ll be priced at $350. Also, those who place an order can receive it that same day.

IGN got an early look at the whole process and showed it off in a new video. You can check that out below.

Nintendo San Francisco will open its doors on May 15, 2025. Along with systems and games, it will provide “a unique shopping experience filled with Nintendo’s characters, worlds and exclusive products including accessories, apparel, home goods and souvenirs available only at this location.” More information about the store is available here.
