Call of the Sea finally coming to Nintendo Switch
It’s taken a few years, but Call of the Sea is finally heading to Nintendo Switch. According to a Nintendo eShop listing, it’s planned for September 9, 2025.
A rating for Call of the Sea on Nintendo Switch way spotted in Taiwan back in 2021. However, nothing ever materialized – until now. Years after the puzzle adventure game launch, it’ll finally be on the console.

It is 1934, in the far reaches of the South Pacific. Norah has crossed the ocean following the trail of her missing husband’s expedition and finds herself on a lush island paradise – a nameless, forgotten place, dotted with the remnants of a lost civilization. What strange secrets does it hold, and what might Norah unearth in her quest for the truth?
