Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds shares Joker release date

SEGA has revealed the release date for Joker in Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds. The character, who originates from Persona 5, is due out on October 22, 2023.

Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds is celebrating the arrival with the Joker Festival. This will be held between October 23 at 8 PM ET and October 26 at 7:59 PM ET. World Match will not be available during the Festival.

Joker is one of a few SEGA collaborations. The others include Hatsune Miku and Ichiban Kasuga from Yakuza / Like a Dragon. We recently translated some comments in which it was revealed that the Yakuza team initially had some hesitation about their character appearing in the game, which you can read about here.

Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds is out now on Nintendo Switch. A Nintendo Switch 2 version will also be available soon.
