Animal Crossing: New Horizons version 1.6.0 removes camo glitch

Another Crossing: New Horizons has had a number of prominent glitches since launch, though Nintendo tends to patch them out. The trend continues with another fan favorite: the camo glitch.

The bug previously let players force items to take on any color texture instead of having to be limited to Nintendo’s palettes. It was a way of coming up with all sorts of unique combinations, such as a room styled after the colors of a birthday cupcake. Some fans have been upset to hear that with the new 1.6.0 update for Animal Crossing: New Horizons, camo items are no more. Items will be restored to how they’re intended to be after installing the patch.
