Best-selling games of August 2024 in the U.S. on Switch

New data from Circana gives us a look at the best-selling games of August 2024 specifically on Switch.

The chart this month is largely dominated by Nintendo, which probably shouldn’t come as much of a surprise. Mario Kart 8 leads the way. In terms of third-party games, Hogwarts Legacy is the only one not from Nintendo, coming in at #2.

Here’s the full list of best-sellers on Switch for August.

1. Mario Kart 8 – Nintendo
2. Hogwarts Legacy – Warner Bros. Games
3. Super Mario Bros. Wonder – Nintendo
4. Super Smash Bros. Ultimate – Nintendo
5. Luigi’s Mansion 2 – Nintendo
6. Pokémon Scarlet / Violet – Nintendo
7. Minecraft – Nintendo
8. Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom – Nintendo
9. Mario Party Superstars – Nintendo
10. Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door – Nintendo
