Bokuhime Project – New character, setting, and school life details & screenshots

Nippon Ichi Software has shared new information and screenshots for cross-dressing adventure Bokuhime Project. Check out the new information on the story, setting, new characters, and the image gallery after the break.

■ Story

Protagonist Minato Ikusa is a young man who successfully enrolls into “Private Yuriai Academy”—a school for super refined young ladies that is made up of 99 percent female students.

However, after getting involved in an unexpected situation during the entrance ceremony, he becomes the center of attention. He became a candidate for the next “Four Princesses,” an organization that has immense power over the academy.

While Minato was surprised by the unexpected attention, he decides to aim for the seat of one of the Four Princesses, who possess tremendous influence within the school, in order to find out the truth behind the accident that put his older sister Marika in a coma.

But a series of hardships beyond imagination await Minato…

■ Stage

A middle and high school for noble and refined young ladies that is made up of 99 percent female students. In the high school section, it has an unusual education policy where four girls are given the title “Princess” and entrusted to govern over the school. In the past year, a nighttime school for boys has been established, but the male students are treated poorly and many girls have prejudice against them.

■ Characters

Hiyu Shinosaki (voiced by Hiyori Nitta)

A female student who admires the “Battle Princess” Erika Ikusa. She is extremely fond of beautiful girls, to the point that she calls herself a “Walking Database of Girls,” and tends to get a nosebleed from the excitement of seeing a super cute girl. She calls her classmate Erika “Sister,” and becomes her “knight” to support her school life on the girls side.

Ouga Rokujou (voiced by Aoi Ookubo)

A first-year student on the boys side like Minato, who he befriends as his only classmate. He is the son of a distinguished family, who despite his age is the representative of a major company. He believes his muscles are the most beautiful in this world, and immediately tries to put his physical beauty on display. He disliked women, thinking that they are weak, but changes his mind after crossing paths with the Erika’s grandeur.

♂ Mask Senpai (voiced by No. 1: Rikuya Yasuda, No. 2: Youhei Hamada, and No. 3: Kouji Mikogami)

A trio of male students who are Minato and Ouga’s upperclassman. They were ordered to wear masks bearing the “♂” mark as punishment for sexual harassment. No. 1, the red upperclassman, likes being body-shamed; No. 2, the blue upperclassman, likes being abused; and No. 3, the yellow upperclassman, has 26 odd fetishes.

■ Playing

Life at School

While he lives a school life as Erika Ikusa in the girls side of the school filled with young ladies, he also lives a school life as Minato Ikusa in the boys section filled with ruffians. While living this busy life, aim for victory in the “Princess Election” where the girls compete amongst each other in popularity.

—Minato was opposed to going to school dressed as a girl, but his nervousness gradually lessens as he grows closer to his classmates.

—Erika’s classmates admire her is a big sister. With their help, she will face the Princess Election, and the Princess Candidates and Four Princesses that stand in her way.

—Minato will deepen his friendship with Ouga, his only classmate on the boys side, through similar interests such as housework.

—The ♂ Mask Senpai always make extra effort to satiate their desires. Minato likely will not learn anything by examining the way these upperclassman behave.

—In order to be “cute” you must be attractive on the inside as well. Choose from the three parameters “Looks,” “Knowledge,” and “Mentality” to hone in on your cross-dressing skills.

—The battle between other Princess Candidates and the Four Princesses themselves who have different beliefs and motives. The Princess Election will have battles that you cannot simply stand down.

Bokuhime Project is due out for Switch on April 23.
