The first two Iron Man video games were published by SEGA and were made by external teams. However, it appears Disney Interactive has gained rights to the third title, with a release planned alongside the movie.

Project X Zone will have lots of characters, playable and non-playable. Over 70 voice actors are participating according to the game’s official blog.
This portion of development is nearly finished. Although event scenes won’t feature voices, all main character will be voiced, including their first appearance scenes.
In other Project X Zone news, Namco Bandai has provided an update on the game’s action. Players can use the d-pad directions and A button to execute attacks. Super attacks are performed with just one button press, and their brief cut-in scenes can be skipped with other button presses.
