Citadelum coming to Nintendo Switch 2

Abylight is publishing a new Nintendo Switch 2 version of Citadelum, the company revealed today. A release is scheduled for January 22, 2026.

Citadelum is a strategy/ city building game. All of the new features introduced in version 2.0 “Julius” and five different historical campaigns will be included.

Here’s some additional information:

Build your settlement and evolve it into a magnificent city, explore the map and establish trade routes, train and lead your legions into battle and deal with the gods of the Pantheon. Receive divine gifts or face their wrath depending on your level of devotion. We are honored to announce that Citadelum is among the first 25 games developed specifically for the Nintendo Switch 2.
