Europe’s best-selling games of December 2023
GSD data provides a look at the best-selling games across Europe in December 2023. It’s based on data for all physical game releases in major markets plus digital game sales from most major publishers.
EA Sports FC24 was the best-selling game of the month, though sales decreased by 11.5 percent compared to what FIFA 23 sold the previous year. FIFA 23 did have a football World Cup to provide a boost.
Super Mario Bros. Wonder was the best-selling Switch exclusive. Sales only dipped just slightly month-on-month.
Worth noting, Switch was the second best-selling console in Europe in December behind PS5. Sales fell 7 percent compared to December 2022.
