Western Digital today announced that it’s teaming up with Nintendo and Epic Games to deliver the first officially licensed Fortnite SanDisk microSDXC cards for Switch.

The memory cards are “designed to provide players with consistent and reliable storage as they drop into Fortnite, no matter how they play.” They have been tested and approved for use with all Switch systems and are backed by a limited lifetime warranty1.

Inspired by the epic Skull Trooper (128GB) and legendary Cuddle Team Leader (256GB) Outfits, the exterior design of the cards pay homage to some of the most rare and popular Outfits in the game. Those who purchase the cards will be provided with a code to redeem the rare Angular Flow Wrap2.

Susan Park, VP of consumer solutions product management at Western Digital, said: “With hundreds of millions of fans across the globe, Epic Games is a leader and innovator in the gaming industry. We’re thrilled to partner with Epic Games and Nintendo to help up-level the gaming experience for fans by bringing our specially themed memory cards to the Fortnite community.”

Consumers can purchase the Fortnite SanDisk microSDXC cards for Switch at a price of $26.99 / £24.99 (128GB) and $49.99 / £42.99 (256GB). They’re out today at select Western Digital retailers, e-tailers, and on the Western Digital online store.
