Hello Kitty and Friends Happiness Parade announced for Switch

Original (3/30): Publisher Rogue Games and developer Dabadu Games today announced Hello Kitty and Friends Happiness Parade, a new rhythm title for Switch. It will be available digitally on April 13, 2023.
Hello Kitty and Friends Happiness Parade has players joining Hello Kitty and her ten iconic Sanrio friends like Kerokerokeroppi, Badtz-Maru, Pompompurin, and more as they bounce their way through a colorful universe and march to the beat of over 40 catchy tunes. While this game previously appeared on mobile, the Switch version will offer twenty new exclusive tracks.

In Hello Kitty and Friends Happiness Parade, Switch players will wave their Joy-Cons through 23 different levels while collecting coins, avoiding traps and using upgrades to bring happiness to the world around them. Customize your adorable entourage with accessories like funky hats and sunglasses, then get ready to pose during mid-parade photoshoots.
Made for fans of all ages, Hello Kitty and Friends Happiness Parade will have you on your feet, dancing to the beat in no time!

Update (4/12): The game is seeing a delay, and will not launch tomorrow as originally planned. It’s said in a statement: “Hello Kitty needs just a bit more time to straighten her bow and ensure the highest level of happiness is delivered to our Nintendo fans.” A new date will be shared “soon”, and we’ll post it here when it’s available.
