High Voltage has no plans to share Quantum 3 Engine for now

“It’s something that we’ve been approached a lot on and right now we’re focused on trying to be a really high quality developer. We’re really not set up to sell or support engines. We’re just trying to make great games. I wouldn’t rule it out entirely, but not now. It is one of those things — after you get approached a lot about it you start going ‘Well, maybe we’re leaving a lot of money on the table here.’” – Eric Nofsinger, the chief creative officer at High Voltage

I have to agree with Mr. Nofsinger at this point. I think High Voltage should concentrate on producing quality content on Wii. We might see the Quantum 3 Engine in non-HVS titles at some point in the future, though I would assume that the company is busy, especially with The Grinder and Gladiator A.D.
