Hyrule Warriors: Age of Imprisonment gets release date on Nintendo Switch 2

Hyrule Warriors: Age of Imprisonment now has its release date. The game will be ready to go on November 6, 2025.

Something shown off today is Zonai devices, Sync Strikes, and GameShare were all shown off as supported elements and features.

Here’s a brief overview of the game:

Battle hordes of enemies alongside your allies and pair up with them to unleash mighty Sync Strikes. Strategically deploy Zonai devices with water, wind or other effects to change the flow of combat. Fight alongside a friend in split-screen co-op, or use GameShare to play together on two separate systems if one player has the game. Uncover the canonical events only glimpsed in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom game
