Did you think that there was a mistake with Splinter Cell 3D’s boxart colring? Well, no… there’s a reason behind it. Similar to Wii games, all 3DS titles in Japan will contain black boxarts when a rating of CERO C or higher is awarded. Although there really isn’t a big difference, it looks quite nice! Source
