Kingdom Come: Deliverance still seems to be happening on Switch
November 11: Although it’s been missing in action for quite some time, the Switch version of Kingdom Come: Deliverance still seems to be happening. A listing for the game was added on Amazon this week, complete with the boxart pictured above. Some screenshots are included as well, though they seem to be from the PC version.
The Switch edition of Kingdom Come: Deliverance should launch as a Royal Edition meaning players will receive both the main game and all additional content.
You can check out the Kingdom Come: Deliverance: Royal Edition Switch listing on Amazon here. We’ll note that we briefly saw a release date of February 16, 2024 listed, but we’re unsure if that’s accurate.
By the time Kingdom Come: Deliverance launches on Switch, it could be close to three years since it was announced for the platform. A listing for the game was first spotted on Nintendo’s Japanese website at the very start of 2021, but soon after, the game’s PR manager said it was a mistake. Then in June of that year, a Switch port was officially announced.
We’ve heard nothing about Kingdom Come: Deliverance since that official reveal. But 2024 could finally be when we see it drop on the system.
December 7: An official update has been provided on social media, and we have confirmation that the game releases in early 2024.
