LEGO Super Mario Piranha Plant revealed

Yet another product is joining the LEGO Super Mario line, with Piranha Plant coming out just in time for the holiday season. Fans can get their hands on it starting November 6, 2023.

The Piranha Plant is comprised of over 500 pieces. You’ll be able to move its head, mouth, stalk, and leaves to create different poses. The building experience is also done from the bottom up as if it’s growing out of the pipe.

The specific dimensions are 23cm high x 11cm wide x 17cm deep. Also, a total of 540 pieces are included in the set.

LEGO Super Mario senior designer Carl Merriam said today: “When designing the Piranha Plant, it felt important to capture its distinctive features and ensure that the set could be positioned in a way that reflects its iconic poses. I’m so proud of the finished result, from the mouth to the leaves and stalk, we’ve managed to perfectly portray the menacing essence of the Piranha Plant!”
