Mario Kart Tour gearing up for new Sydney Tour

Mario Kart Tour is continuing on with its next major event, the Sydney Tour. Nintendo teased the news over on its social media pages and shared a teaser screenshot, which can be found above.
For the time being, the Kamek Tour is being held in Mario Kart Tour, though that’s about to end. It should wrap up completely on September 7. Once it’s done and over with, expect the Sydney Tour to go live in Mario Kart Tour. We’ll have a trailer and any other notable news then.
We should note that this isn’t the first time that the Sydney Tour is appearing in Mario Kart Tour. Originally, we saw it back in April. It featured the Sydney Sprint course, Baby Mario with a koala as well as the return of Mario (Swimwear) and Rosalina (Swimwear). For next week’s version of the Sydney Tour, we should be seeing some differences such as a new layout of the Sydney Sprint course. Also expected is a new kangaroo themed driver, and if you perform well enough with the ranked cups, you’ll be able to nab Pink Yoshi.
Mario Kart Tour is currently available for mobile devices on iOS and Android. The game originally launched in 2019.
