Metal Hawk is this week’s Arcade Archives game on Switch
Hamster has announced the top-down shooting game Metal Hawk as the next Arcade Archives game making its way to Switch. Here is some more information on the title.
Metal Hawk was originally released by Namco in 1988. In it, players take control of the titular attack helicopter Metal Hawk as they proceed to destroy enemies and rack up a certain amount of points within a time limit. The game’s main gimmick lies in the ability to change your helicopter’s altitude, allowing the player to adjust their aim based on whether enemies are grounded or in the air.
Arcade Archives Metal Hawk will release digitally on Switch tomorrow, December 22. It will cost $7.99 / €6.99 / £6.29 on the Switch eShop.
