Splatoon 3 best weapons

The arsenal of weapons available in Splatoon 3 is varied and complex, which can make it difficult to pick one weapon to focus on, but we’ve put together a guide detailing twenty of the very best to make that choice easier. We also have brief descriptions of each weapon to explain what makes them so great.

Of note, this guide will mostly cover weapons from the perspective of Anarchy Battles, the game’s ranked mode and the one used in competitive play. Furthermore, it should be noted that every weapon in Splatoon 3 is viable to some degree, assuming you aren’t playing in a highly competitive setting. The weapons detailed in this guide are simply the ones that will have the easiest time achieving good results if used well.

Here are the details on what this update will be providing:

Trek to Yomi could potentially be coming to Switch as revealed by a listing from USK, Germany’s official video game ratings organization. The game is featured twice on the site, with both a PS4 and Switch version being listed.

Trek to Yomi released on most major platforms in May 2022. The Switch was pretty much the only platform not to receive the title, although given this new listing and the tendency Devolver Digital has to publish their games on the system, it likely won’t be waiting too much longer.

Sword Art Online: Alicization Lycoris has received a new update, bringing the game to version 3.11. This update aims to fix some major and minor bugs, as well as improve overall gameplay. Some new additional content is also being added, including new playable character Eydis.

Sonic Frontiers debuted at No.4 on the charts, outselling 2017’s Sonic Forces opening week performance by roughly 5 percent. The Switch version comprised 34% of its boxed sales in its first week, trailing the PS5 version which made up 40% of those sales. In other news, a handful of older Switch titles saw a noticeable increase in sales this week, with Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, Nintendo Switch Sports, Splatoon 3, Animal Crossing: New Horizons, and the Switch version of Minecraft all benefitting from a slight rise in sales.

Original (10/3): Picross X: Picbits vs Uzboross originally launched in Japan last August, but unlike Jupiter’s Picross S games, it didn’t receive a worldwide release. It seems Jupiter is now rectifying this, as players in Europe and North America will be able to enjoy the title when it releases in the West this November.

Picross X: Picbits vs Uzboross is a more involved version of Jupiter’s Picross S titles, containing more customization options and wackier game modes. The game will also feature a co-op mode, which all Picross S games were recently updated with.
