Nintendo is a part of Summer Game Fest 2025

The initial lineup of participants for Summer Game Fest has been revealed, and it includes a surprising participant – that being Nintendo.

The Big N has typically been absent from the big summer show. However, it seems that Nintendo will have some sort of presence this time around. We’ll note that the Nintendo Switch 2 logo is specifically included in the lineup, so perhaps some sort of news will be shared pertaining to the new system next week. 

Over 60 partners will be a part of Summer Game Fest this year. Nintendo will be joined by other hardware manufactures PlayStation and Xbox, with other notable names including Capcom, SEGA, Square Enix, Yacht Club Games, and much more.

Here’s a look at all of the confirmed partners for Summer Game Fest 2025:

One thing we’ll mention is that you shouldn’t look too deeply into the fact that the Switch 2 logo is being used here rather than Nintendo itself. This seems to be how Nintendo is marketing its involvement at events during the Switch 2 era.

The Summer Game Fest Live Kickoff show airs on June 6 at 2 PM PT / 5 PM ET / 10 PM in the UK / 11 PM in Europe. A Play Days media event will take place between June 7 and June 9.
