Systems
Town Building
As you rebuild the town, you can construct various facilities. By building a Hub where you can cook, Fields and a Ranch for harvesting and gathering various materials, as well as a Shop, you can expand your item lineup with information gathered on your travels and even obtain special trade goods. Each resident also has skills that are useful to the town, so be sure to assign them to the most suitable locations.
Action Skills
A new feature from this title.
“Mastery” items can be obtained from time to time and allow for interchangeable skills that can be used in the “action skill system.”
If you build a “Training Ground” in town, you can train your companions and master their skills, and even equip them to other companions!
Customize characters to make them uniquely your own!
Ultimate Techniques
“Ultimate Techniques” turn the tide of battle!
Powerful “Ultimate Techniques” appear in this game. The protagonist can learn these techniques as the story progresses, while other characters can learn them by training at the “training ground.” The Ultimate Technique gauge has several levels, and when it is filled to its maximum, the technique can be activated at its maximum effect level (Lv. 3). This is a new tactical element that adds to the Break & Boost system.
The Protagonist’s Job
Additional customizations are available for the protagonist.
As the story progresses, the protagonist can choose one of eight jobs to pursue—“Warrior,” “Merchant,” “Thief,” “Apothecary,” “Hunter,” “Cleric,” “Scholar,” “Dancer.”
There are different weapons and skills you can use for each job, so you can choose one that suits your play style, or consider the balance with your companions’ jobs. The choice is entirely up to you.
