A patch will soon be made available for Fractured Soul. Once you apply the update, a particular bug will be fixed.
According to the game’s Facebook page:
“We’ve submitted a patch to Nintendo to address the bug where the secrets don’t count properly during speed runs. Hopefully it will be live soon – we’ll let you guys know as soon as we know!”
