Pokemon Scarlet and Violet announce Rillaboom Tera Raid Battle event

Pokemon Scarlet and Pokemon Violet just revealed their latest Tera Raid Battle event that will be all about Rillaboom. Fans will recognize the Grass-type creature having started out in Sword and Shield as the final evolution for Grookey.

For the upcoming event, Rillaboom will carry the Normal Tera Type in seven star raids. Additionally, it will have the Mightiest Mark and can be caught once per save file.

With the Tera Raid Battles, players can work together with three others to take on a powerful Pokemon before time runs out. The kinds of Pokemon found these events often vary. Additionally, Pokemon encountered in Tera Raid Battles may have a rare Tera Type. You can get involved with the Tera Raid Battle events by downloading the latest Poke Portal News, which will happen automatically if your Switch system is connected online (Nintendo Switch Online subscription not required). It can also be accessed manually by choosing Poke Portal from the X menu, then Mystery Gift, and lastly Check Poke Portal News.

Those interested in the new Pokemon Scarlet and Pokemon Violet Rillaboom Tera Raid Battle can participate between July 28 and July 30. It’ll then have a second run between August 4 and August 6.
