Princess Peach: Showtime reviews roundup
Nintendo has lifted the embargo on Princess Peach: Showtime, and first reviews are now starting to emerge.
Princess Peach: Showtime marks the first standalone game for the character since Super Princess Peach, a DS release that came out in 2005. The hook here is that Peach can take on different transformations to change up the gameplay. Figure Skater Peach, Dashing Thief Peach, Mermaid Peach, Cowgirl Peach, Swordfighter Peach, Patissiere Peach, Kung Fu Peach, Detective Peach, and Ninja Peach make up the lineup.
As for why you’re going on this adventure, Princess Peach and some Toads are about to see a performance at the Sparkle Theater, but the wicked Grape and Sour Bunch take over. Peach is trapped inside, so she’ll need to take the stage of each show using the power of Sparkle.
