Romancing SaGa: Minstrel Song Remastered getting physical release on Switch in the west

Red Art Games announced today that it’s preparing a physical release for Romancing SaGa: Minstrel Song Remastered in the west. This is slated for early 2025.

The publisher is actually readying a new version of the game known as Romancing SaGa: Minstrel Song Remastered International. This largely appears to be the same as the original, but support for French, German, Spanish, and Italian translations.

The western Romancing SaGa: Minstrel Song Remastered Switch physical release will receive both ESRB and PEGI-rated versions. A standard copy will be available at multiple retailers, but two limited editions will be sold on Red Art Games’ official online store (Europe, PEGI-rated versions) and from VGP (US, ESRB-rated versions).

500 copies of the Deluxe Edition will be made. Each copy includes the game on a cartridge with a reversible cover, an exclusive sleeve with alternate cover art, manual, and keychain. 1,000 Collector’s Edition will be sold as well, and each one has a copy of the game with a reversible cover, a box with retro-inspired cover art, steelcase, art book, manual, and three postcards.
