Shifting World listed for September 19 release on North American 3DS eShop

Shifting World launched as a 3DS retail game in 2012. Now more than a year later, it appears that a digital version will soon be made available.

The 3DS eShop lists Shifting World for a September 19 release. Pricing will be set at $7.99.
