Mandragora: Whispers of the Witch Tree announced for Nintendo Switch

Knights Peak has announced that the thrilling Metroidvania Mandragora: Whispers of the Witch Tree is coming to Nintendo Switch on September 4. Already available on other platforms, the Switch version will launch as an enhanced edition, featuring a New Game+ mode and other improvements based on player feedback.
Developed by Primal Game Studio, the action RPG blends a deep narrative with Soulslike and Metroidvania elements. Set in a dark medieval fantasy world, players will traverse lands ravaged by Entropy, face terrifying creatures and formidable bosses, and make impactful moral choices that shape the fate of their world.
A Deluxe Edition will also be released in the same sate, including the game’s original soundtrack, a digital art book, the Shadowpyre and Gildcrest Transmog cosmetic sets, and the Curious Ottliong and Nimble Dieling as pet followers.

Publisher Knights Peak and developer Primal Game Studio shared the latest on Mandragora, and the game’s release date is now set. It’ll be out for Nintendo Switch on April 17, 2025.
Mandragora, a story-driven side-scrolling action RPG, was first announced in August 2023. This is the first time we’ve had any sort of release window.
