The Phantom to have a physical release on Nintendo Switch

Limited Run Games today announced a physical release for The Phantom on Nintendo Switch, and both a standard version and Deluxe Edition are planned.

The Deluxe Edition is where the extras come in. Aside from the game, you’ll get a deluxe plastic case, original soundtrack, combo guide card, art cards, and enamel pin. You can see these items above.

The Phantom has actually not launched anywhere, including digitally, but is currently slated for 2025. Below is a brief overview:

The Phantom features classic brawling mechanics fused with completely hand-drawn 2D visuals to deliver a gaming experience befitting Comics’ very first costumed hero and an almost 90 year old legacy. Brought to you by the Art Of Play Interactive in association with King Features Syndicate. Choose The Phantom, or his partner Diana Palmer as you head off on a 15 level global mission to take down the pirates of the Singh Brotherhood. Use a combination of your hand-to-hand fighting skills as well as your trusty weapons to dispatch evil and fight to retain The Phantom’s legacy. You can also count on help from stallion Hero and Devil the wolf!
