Tristia of the Deep-Blue Sea: Legacy and Tristia: Restore announced for Switch
Kogado Studio has just announced that two games in the Tristia series, Tristia of the Deep-Blue Sea: Legacy and Tristia: Restore, will be making their way to Switch.
The first of these, Tristia of the Deep-Blue Sea: Legacy, is a remaster of the 2002 PC original, Tristia of the Deep-Blue Sea. It’s a town-management simulation game in which you must rebuild the titular town of Tristia that was brought to ruin by a dragon attack several years prior. You do so by building a variety of tools and gadgets which you then sell back to the people of Tristia.
The second of these titles, Tristia: Restore, is a new game that deviates from the systems of Tristia of the Deep-Blue Sea in favor of a “slapstick action” management game. Not much else is known about the game, although we do have the main voice cast revealed for both titles, whihc is as follows:
- Nanoca Flanca (voiced by Ayako Kawasumi)
- Stuka (voiced by Juurouta Kosugi)
- Faury Carat (voiced by Marina Oono)
- Nene Hampden (voiced by Sakura Nogawa)
- Reygurett Kutanie (voiced by Kanoko Hatamiya)
- Rafarew (voiced by Akane Tomonaga)
Both games are set to release in Spring 2023 in Japan, and will feature English language options. You can check out the official Japanese site for both titles here.
