Ubisoft’s Legendary Fishing gets first details

Back in June, a rating for Legendary Fishing popped up in South Korea. It was an indication that Ubisoft would be bringing the game to Switch soon.

Thanks to Amazon, we have first details. Legendary Fishing is an arcade-style fishing game with Career mode, multiplayer, optional motion controls, and more.

Here’s the rundown from Amazon’s listing:

– Cast, hook, and rebels! choose your tackle and hone your skills in three different modes in this arcade-style fishing game
– Challenge yourself with Career mode, featuring 80 missions to take you from Casual angler to legendary fisher
– Perfect your techniques to unlock 10 different venues with varied fish in four seasons and different weather conditions
– Play with up to four friends or family and challenge them into catching different types of fish
– Nintendo Switch system: use motion controls with the Joy-Con Controllers to cast (classic controls also available)

Ubisoft has not yet set an official date for Legendary Fishing. However, retailers indicate that it’s set for September 18. Both Amazon and GameStop have it listed for that day currently.
