Winners announced for Famitsu’s Splatoon 2 Squid Fashion Contest

Back in July, Famitsu announced a Squid Fashion Contest for Splatoon 2. It was similar to what the magazine ran a couple of years ago with the original Wii U game.

Fans were asked to come up with ideas for pieces of gear. Following more than 1,000 submissions, the winners have been revealed.

We’ll cover the important categories here – that being the overall top selections.

Nintendo will be adding these designs in Splatoon 2 as part of an update down the road. Other winners can be found on Famitsu here, though they won’t be added to the game.
