Yoshi design for The Super Mario Galaxy Movie leaks

Our first look at The Super Mario Galaxy Movie is in thanks to… Pillsbury.

Pillsbury cookie dough for the film is planned that features Yoshi eggs. Meanwhile, the packaging shows us the character’s face.

The back of the packaging gives us another look – specifically Mario riding Yoshi. There are also signs of Bowser Jr. here and Rosalina (with the Comet Observatory):

A previous unconfirmed leak suggested various characters would be appearing in the movie, including Bowser Jr. You can check that out here.

Much of the film is still a mystery. While it’s only a few months away, so far we’ve only seen a short teaser trailer. The Galaxy games will serve as a base, but the film should take things further and in a different direction.

The Super Mario Galaxy Movie is coming to theaters on April 3, 2026. While Yoshi will be popping up in the film, expect to see the character in his own brand new game – specifically Yoshi and the Mysterious Book.
