Portal Knights for Switch will support local multiplayer with up to three other players

Posted on November 14, 2017 by (@NE_Brian) in News, Switch

We haven’t heard too much about the Switch version of Portal Knights as of late, but the game’s Twitter account did post an update today.

When Portal Knights hits Switch, local multiplayer will be supported. You’ll be able to play with up to three others without an internet connection. Also, you can even activate split screen as part of it.

505 Games has not yet announced a release date for Portal Knights on Switch, but it’s coming along at the very least.

From one of the reviews on Steam “Definetly a great alternative to Minecraft. If you like Minecraft style games this game has “classes” to choose from and levels to grind. I really enjoy the crafting as well as the MMO style it brings to the game. Only thing I wish was that with they updates they’d look into adding more bosses.”

        Thanks Fore.
I don’t really like minecraft, I want a coop adventure game but no minecraft. It seems interesting but I was very afraid that it ended like a minecraft copy with rpg elements

Well, there’s still Nine Parchments coming which is an option.

So far I know? Not yet, sadly. But if you get your hands on a copy, let me know. I’ll get myself a copy if enough people in Discord get it (and play regularly enough :P)

Question is: does it have online MP?

compared to PC and switch, I Prefer PC/Console graphics for this game, the resolution is meh, but it may be good for those who love the handheld and to go out, ill pass…..
