Fire Emblem Heroes update announced (version 2.5.0), Grand Conquests arrive

Fire Emblem Heroes update

Nintendo and Intelligent Systems have confirmed the next update for Fire Emblem Heroes. According to an in-game notification, it will be out early this month.

Here’s what to expect from version 2.5.0:

– Updates to the Arena
– New weapon skills
– New options in the Weapon Refinery
– Minor improvements for future Tap Battle events
– Improvements for Rival Domains
– Heroes who are defeated in battle will no longer lose SP and EXP they gained in that battle
– The SP an EXP earned in maps that have already been cleared will no longer be reduced by half
– Along with improvements to the tutorial, gifts will be given out to existing players, including a 4-star Takumi: Wild Card

Maintenance for Fire Emblem Heroes will be carried out from May 8 at 6 PM until it can be confirmed that the update is live. The next season of Arena will also begin one day later.

In other Fire Emblem Heroes news, Grand Conquests are here. As Nintendo notes, “three armies will fight over territory over the course of three battles, each lasting two days. Contribute to your army’s victory and earn rewards for Areas Controlled and GC Tier, as well as by completing quests.”
