More Switch sales details for Europe: 36 million Nintendo-published games, third party sales and more

Earlier today, we reported on yet another milestone for the Nintendo Switch: 10 million systems sold in Europe alone so far. Gamesindustry.biz followed this up with some further details:

• 30% increase in hardware sales year-on-year in Europe
• 40% increase compared to 2017
• 36 million Nintendo-published games sold in Europe so far
• Nine Nintendo-published games have sold more than one million copies: Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, Super Mario Odyssey, The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, Pokemon: Let’s Go, Pikachu & Eevee, Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, Splatoon 2, Super Mario Party, New Super Mario Bros. U Deluxe and 1-2-Switch
• Four third-party games have sold more than 500,000 units in Europe: Minecraft, Crash Bandicoot: N. Sane Trilogy, Mario + Rabbids: Kingdom Battle and Stardew Valley
