The wait for Kazuya in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate is almost over. Players can purchase and use the DLC fighter on June 29, director Masahiro Sakurai has announced.

As a reminder, the DLC isn’t just Kazuya himself. You’ll also be getting a new Mishima Dojo stage from Tekken and 39 music tracks from the series.

Here’s a whole bunch of information about how Kazuya plays in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate:

– Heihachi not chosen since he can’t use the Devil Power
– Sakurai thought Kazuya would work well in Smash Bros. if his normal attacks were made as similar as possible to Tekken
– Devil’s Power used for his midair jumps, smash attacks, and special moves
– When he transforms into Devil form, the special move has four patterns: neutral, side, up, and down
– You input a direction and press B
– B: Devil Blaster (fire beam)
– Side special: Devil Fist (fast punch that rushes forward and through opponents)
– Up special: Devil Wings (ascend high)
– Down special: Heaven’s Door (grab opponent and throw them to the ground)
– When your damage is at or exceeds 100% or stamina drops below 25% of max health in Stamina Mode, go into a once-per-stock Rage mode
– This increases your attack power by 1.1 times
– If you meet a certain condition, can use a once-per-stock throw called Rage Drive
– Rage state ends after using Rage Drive
– No time limit on Rage mode, but if you take more than a certain amount of damage, it will end
– Rage state ends quicker if you use Rage Drive and it misses
– Final Smash: Final Blaster
– Kazuya automatically turns around to face opponent in one-on-one battles
– Normal neutral: hold or repeatedly press attack button to make Kauzya perform 10 Hit Combo
– If you leave a slight gap after the second neutral attack, then attack again, you’ll use his Flash Punch Combo
– Dash attack if Leaping Sidekick
– If you quickly tilt the left stick forward two times, then attack, he’ll perform a Left Splits Kick
– Attack twice while inputting upward for Twin Pistons
– Tilt diagonally upward and repeatedly press the attack button to use Roundhouse or Triple Spin Kicks
– Attack while inputting to the side for Oni Front Kick
– Tilt diagonally forward and down and press the attack button twice to use Tsunami Kick
– Input down and attack for Nejiri Uraken
– Tilt diagonally backward and down for Stature Smash
– Tilt back and attack for Flash Tornado
