Fire Emblem Warriors: Three Hopes gets new details

Fire Emblem Warriors: Three Hopes was featured in Famitsu this week with the latest details. A good amount was previously known, but new information was included as well.

Twitter user bk2128 translated some of the highlights. We’ve included the notable details below.

– Each character will have their own preferred class
– Some of those will be exclusive to that character
– Ex: Shez – Fleugel [Exclusive class]; Hubert – Dark Mage; Dedue – Armored Knight; Hilda – Brigand
– Characters will have Personal Skills, and apparently attack elements will come into play
– Hubert has dark element magic stabs, while Hilda can launch thunder element attack
– The Armored Knight class can reduce damage received by nearby allies
– Characters can learn new Combat Arts/Magic by raising the class level
– Each character will have different learnset even in the same class
– The cost will take points from Weapon Durability
– Battalion endurance will deplete every time the leading character takes damage
– If it goes to 0, the buff effect will be gone for the remainder of battle, but they will be replenished in the next battle
– Character support levels confirmed; other than support conversations, they’ll also add more to stat buffs from attaching Adjutants
– Some of the game’s subquests will reward additional amounts to interactions and training sessions in a given turn
– Characters can be sent to do jobs to earn more items and improve support between participants
– There are several kinds of jobs, and each character will have a different job they excel at
– Famitsu shows how Shez can invite two other characters for a meal
– Each meal type will have different buff effects
– Other than raising support, meals will also improve morale that would let characters deal more damage in battles
