Pokemon GO New Year’s 2023 event detailed

Niantic has revealed a New Year’s 2023 event for Pokemon GO. This will be held between Saturday, December 31, 2022, at 8 PM to Wednesday, January 4, 2023, at 8 PM local time. 

A number of in-game bonuses and features are planned. Here are some of the highlights:

• Pokémon Debuts – Pikachu wearing a party top hat and Noctowl wearing a New Year’s outfit will make their Pokémon GO debut.
• Encounters, 7 km Eggs, Raids, Field Research and More – Including Pikachu wearing a party top hat
• Collection Challenge – Complete the event themed challenge to receive Stardust.
