Kyukyoku Tiger-Heli Collection announced for Switch in the west
July 12: Kyukyoku Tiger-Heli Collection is getting an English release on Switch in the west. In a special live stream event today, Limited Run Games shared the news.
Kyukyoku Tiger-Heli Collection was first revealed for Switch in July 2021, but only for Japan. The package would end up arriving that October. There’s been no word on a western counterpart until now.
As a reminder, the collection includes a bunch of different games for Kyukyoku Tiger, Twin Cobra, and Tiger-Heli. Get Star and Guardian were a part of it as well. Games were represented based on their appearances on different platforms. We have all of the details here.
Kyukyoku Tiger-Heli Collection will be sold on Switch in the west both physically and digitally. It’ll start to arrive in Fall 2023.
January 4: We still don’t have details about the digital launch, but Limited Run Games has provided information about the physical release.
There’ll be both a standard version and deluxe edition, with the latter containing the game, a case, original soundtrack, 12″ x16″ reversible poster, arcade token, and acrylic keychain. Pre-orders start tomorrow, January 5, right here.
