JALECOlle Famicom Ver. announced for Switch
Toady, City Connection announced JALECOlle Famicom Ver. which will be comprised of past games Jaleco shipped on the Famicom. Upcoming releases will be taking place on Switch.
First up will be Pinball Quest (JFC-01) on August 1, 2024. Yokai Club (JFC-02) and Bio Senshi Dan: Increaser to no Tatakai (JFC-03) are the next games in the series, but they do not have a release date currently.
JALECOlle Famicom Ver. will feature rewind and quick save, English and Japanese language support, a subtitle guide, achievements, and a pause status indicator. Players will also have the ability to reduce distortion at the edge of the screen, use screen filters, and change wallpapers. The titles will also include a materials mode with the boxart, manual, flyers, and more.
City Connection has confirmed plans to put out over ten games as part of this new series. Some of these will include titles never released on modern hardware. Daisuke Matsumoto will be in charge of new music arrangements.
