Nintendo Switch is Devolver Digital’s most popular console platform

According to Devolver Digital, Nintendo Switch is currently the publisher’s most popular console platform.

That news comes straight from Devolver’s latest financial report. The document notes that the company has sold over nine million copies on Nintendo’s system.

Also in the report, we hear that Devolver is seeing Nintendo Switch 2 as a big opportunity. Three games have been announced so far – specifically Enter the Gungeon 2, Human Fall Flat 2, and Starseeker: Astroneer Expeditions.

Devolver Digital has published over fifty games on Nintendo Switch. Many of these have been commercial / critical hits. Cult of the Lamb, Gris, and My Friend Pedro are just a few notable releases over the years.

Speaking of Cult of the Lamb, the game saw an 80 percent increase in revenue in launch month of its new Pilgrim Pack DLC. Also, Astroneer – which is under Devolver’s umbrella following an acquisition of System Era at the end of 2023 – saw a 900 percent increase in revenue for the launch month of its Glitchwakers DLC.
