Animal Crossing: New Horizons 2.0.8 update out now, patch notes

Animal Crossing: New Horizons has received a new update in the form of version 2.0.8.

For those playing on Nintendo Switch 2, a specific bug has been addressed. Nintendo has also taken care of another general bug plus implemented other adjustments / corrections.

Fixed bugs on Nintendo Switch 2

• Fixed an issue where the game could not progress when attempting to change the door decoration variation while suggesting a resident’s home exterior to Tom Nook at Resident Services.

Other Fixes

• Fixed an issue where newly crafted fencing would not be added to the player’s inventory if a remade version of the same fence was already in their pocket.
• Other adjustments and corrections were made to improve the game play experience.

Animal Crossing: New Horizons previously saw an update a couple of weeks ago. And while Nintendo hasn’t prepared a specific patch for Nintendo Switch 2, the game is automatically much better on the new console.
