Shiny Chi-Yu distribution just released for Pokemon Scarlet and Violet

The latest Legendary Shiny distribution has just started in Pokemon Scarlet and Pokemon Violet, with Shiny Chi-Yu now available in both games. This can be claimed through Mystery Gift.

Shiny Chi-Yu was previously featured in a Tera Raid Battle event. The creature was defeated one one million times (the final total was 1,891,539), which unlocked today’s distribution.

Here’s how to claim the reward:

Pokemon Scarlet and Violet Shiny Chi-Yu distribution steps

1. Launch Pokemon Scarlet or Pokemon Violet.
2. Select Poke Portal on the X menu.
3. Select Mystery Gift, then select Get via Internet to connect to the internet.
4. Choose the gift you want to receive.
5. Watch as the gift arrives in your game.
6. Be sure to save your game.

Shiny Wo-Chien, Shiny Chien-Pao, and Shiny Ting-Lu were also unlocked with distributions from Tera Raid Battle events. Those rewards, along with Shiny Ting-Lu, can be claimed until September 30, 2025.
