Patapon 1 + 2 Replay update out now, adds Boss Rush Challenge

Patapon 1 + 2 Replay has been out for a few months, but the game has just added a brand new Boss Rush Challenge mode. This comes as part of a newly-released update.

Here’s the full rundown of how it works:

• Take on wave after wave of powerful bosses with the squad you’ve grown.
  • The unit you take into battle uses your cleared save data.
• Form the strongest squad to take on each boss. If your Patapon fight and win – then quickly reorganize your squad for the next boss battle!
• Each stage brings a boss that changes randomly every time! With every stage, bosses grow stronger and appear in even great numbers!
• Take down the relentless bosses in the all-out final battle!
• If your Patapons face an unbeatable foe — replay the main game to further strengthen your unit! Power up your Patapon squad through battles and training! Strike back at powerful foes with your even stronger squad!
• Rally your Patapons for the ultimate final battle! Your Mighty power will be put to the test…!
