Pokemon Unite reveals Meowth

Meowth is set to join Pokemon Unite as the game’s next playable character, it’s been announced. Players can access the latest roster addition on January 9, 2026.

Other than the initial announcement, not much has been shared. A trailer for Meowth should arrive a bit closer to the release. We’ll add that in here once it goes live.

Pokemon Unite has been going strong with several roster additions since its debut. Last year alone brought us the likes of Suicune, Alolan Raichu, Alcremie, Latias, Laios, Pawmot, Empoleon, Dhelmise, and Vaporeon.
