Animal Crossing: New Horizons update out now (version 1.11.0), patch notes

Nintendo has just released the latest update for Animal Crossing: New Horizons. If you own the game, you can now access version 1.11.0.

Today’s update will let players access certain seasonal events and adds limited-time items. The full patch notes can be found below.

General updates

• Seasonal events have been updated.
• The following content has also been added:
  • Additional limited-time seasonal items from Nook Shopping.

Fixed issues

• Adjustments and corrections were made to improve the game play experience.

Nintendo announced earlier this week that new, free content is planned for Animal Crossing: New Horizons later in 2021.
