Bayonetta Origins secret code immediately unlocks Forbidden Tale difficulty

PlatinumGames has shared a secret code that immediately unlocks Forbidden Tale difficulty in Bayonetta Origins: Cereza and the Lost Demon.
Players typically need to beat the story once in order to access the mode. However, in a new video today, director Abebe Tinari showed how it can be accessed immediately – and it’s actually quite simple.
You’ll first want to head on over to the title screen. After that, input the following commands: ↑ ↓ ← → X B Y A. A sound should play indicating that the mode has been unlocked. It should also appear when starting a new game.
Forbidden Tale is officially described as offering “satisfying action for players comfortable with this story.” It also disables game help settings, adds more enemies, the enemies will attack more ferociously, and players will be hit with more damage.
The game help settings can be used when playing in the regular difficulty. Various options are available including damage taken, magic usage, bind combo/chomp, enemy strength, Witch Pulse, and guiding lights.
