Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS and Ultimate NES Remix on Nintendo 3DS and Splatoon on Wii U are just three of the pre-release titles available to Nintendo fans at EGX London 2014

19th September 2014 – Gaming fans are in for a great time at this year’s EGX London 2014, as attendees can get hands-on with a variety of Nintendo demos at the official Nintendo stand, including the hotly anticipated Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS which launches on 3rd October 2014. Gamers can also have fun getting to grips with Splatoon, the colourful and chaotic ink splattering third-person shooter out in 2015 exclusively for Wii U, and many other titles including Yoshi’s Woolly World, Captain Toad: Treasure Tracker and Hyrule Warriors on Wii U, and Ultimate NES Remix and Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate on Nintendo 3DS. Fans also have the chance to win prizes on the hour, every hour, with a spin of the Nintendo ‘Swag Wheel’.

With new playable features, characters and gaming modes available to try out in a new demo of Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS, which includes Classic, All-Star and Stadium modes, the Nintendo stand is set to be lively. Fans also have a unique opportunity to play with an expanded roster of characters in this portable version – including PAC-MAN, Diddy Kong, Rosalina & Luma, Link, Zero Suit Samus and Olimar – all of whom have only previously been available in the Wii U demo to date.

A few weeks ago, we posted about a special Pokemon Omega Ruby/Alpha Sapphire pre-order offer from Toys “R” Us. Further details have since come to light.

It turns out that consumers who reserve both games can actually choose between two Charizard plushies: Mega Charizard X or Mega Charizard Y. The Mega Charizard X plush measures 10.5 inches in height whereas the Mega Charizard Y stands at 8 inches. Each one is valued at $22.99 as previously mentioned.
